         The Contracting Authority occasionally has a need for basic competence and expertise within ICT operations. There can also be a need for consultancy services for major projects. The assistance shall mainly be provided at the Contracting Authority"s offices in Trondheim.

         The operational assistance can, amongst other things, include:

         — major configuration changes,

         — optimisation of operations and the operations environment.
