      4. Description of the procurement:

        The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of services for cleaning, canteen, mats, plants and refill/cleaning of coffee machines.

        Cleaning

        The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of cleaning services to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration Central Region’s premises in Møre og Romsdal. Currently there are 12 premises distributed across the area where we hire in services. The premises consist of everything from small office stations to major office locations. Cleaning shall be inspected based on The Nordic Standard INSTA 800 (NS-INSTA 800 Cleaning Quality – Measuring System for judging quality of cleaning).

        The objective of the procurement is to obtain high quality cleaning so that all premises appear presentable and clean. It is also important that the cleaning is undertaken in accordance with the applicable environmental requirements, and that all provisions on wages and working conditions are met, and that the Tax and Duties Act is followed.

        Canteen services shall be delivered at one of the locations. The tenderer shall deliver everything from preparation of canteen food/meeting food, all food products and beverages, storage of goods and food, washing up, as well as cleaning of the kitchen. During the agreement period it may be necessary to expand with canteens at multiple locations, as well as offer delivery of food to smaller locations such as plant offices and builder’s quarters.

        Mats

        Many of the locations shall be followed up with mats for floors. The mats will be delivered by the tenderer and cleaned depending on the use.

        Potted plants

        The tenderer shall be able to deliver plant services. It is currently not delivered to any of the premises.

        Coffee machines.

        At locations where we have coffee machines, we are considering if the tenderer shall deliver services on follow-up of the coffee machines. This involves daily refilling of the goods in and to the self-serve machines, washing of trays and holders, as well as weekly cleaning of the machine.
