         Sandnes municipality is announcing a competition for a framework agreement for the procurement of mobile telephones and additional equipment. Telephone/data subscriptions are not included in this framework agreement.

         The procurement will be made as an open tender competition in accordance to part III of the regulations. Three tenderers submitted tenders. The contracting authority evaluated the tenders and found that Atea AS had the most favourable total tender. A contract was therefore entered into with Atea AS subsequent to the expiration date of the waiting period.
