         The Municipal Undertaking for social service buildings is a municipal enterprise owned by Oslo municipality to develop, build, operate, and maintain purpose-built buildings. As of January 2017 the total building area is approximately 840 000 m² distributed over more than 600 properties and 1 100 buildings. The buildings mainly consist of nursing homes, residential - and rehabilitation centres, nursery schools, fire stations, as well as cultural centres. Our tenants are districts and municipal agencies.

         The framework agreement shall include the following services:

         — manning of duty telephone,

         — receiving alarms,

         — turn out of guards,

         — periodical and stationed guard duty,

         — purchase of installation of safety systems and alarms, service on existing installations or equivalent.

         The general objectives of the framework agreement are:

         — contribute to tenants feeling taken care of and being safe,

         — handle critical deviations at OBY’s properties,

         — contribute to securing of the properties.
