        A new uniform building shall be constructed for a bank, library and housing. The building shall be a gathering place for the rural area"s inhabitants.

        Samling is a signature building adapted to the location, which forms a new identity and gathering place in Sand. The new bank and library building will be a large area for all of Nord-Odal, with a low threshold for participation, where different activities can take place in dedicated and flexible room zones. The new building will gather both literature, knowledge, finance, people and tradition /history under one roof.

Internal works, ceiling works, fixed furniture and fittings, etc. Complete execution of ground works, including outdoor works of a stipulated scope shall be included in the contract.

        The contract also includes functions such as administrating sub-contractors and a main contractor.
