      4. Description of the procurement:

        Tenders are wanted for the price per sample result. The price shall include the instrument, (which is the tenderer"s property), reagents, supplier specific inspections, supplier specific calibrators, consumables, technical service, connecting computers, defined response time for problems, support, installation and training thereof. This is to be in accordance with the requirements in the tender documentation.

        Invoices shall be sent monthly in accordance with statistics from sample results. Invoices for controls provided by other suppliers than the agreement partner is equal to the price for issued sample response.

        See annex 6, the price sheet for published test answers for St. Olavs Hospital and the Regional Health Authority Møre og Romsdal.

        A service course for medical technical personnel shall not be included in the price per test.

        The maximum response time in connection with problems with the instrument shall be 48 hours.

        The delivery must be inclusive of all components/accessories, assembly/installation and commissioning so that it functions as a whole based on the needs and requirements described.

        2 instruments shall be delivered to St. Olavs Hospital, of which one of the instruments shall function as backup. As well as the delivery of 1 instrument to Molde and 1 to Ålesund. Option for the Regional Health Authority Nord-Trøndelag is not included in the evaluation.

        The instrument shall be connected to our Inpeco conveyor belt, FlexLab 3.6. St. Olavs Hospital is the only hospital with this belt in operation. The supplier of the conveyor belt is Abbott Norge.
