Procurement of a framework agreement for consultancy services.
Utlendingsnemnda (UNE) [the Immigration Appeals Board] wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for consultancy services in three different subareas:
1) Organisation development, manager and employee development;
2) Competence development;
3) Service design. UNE intends to sign agreements with 1-3 tenderers in each sub area.
The delivery shall cover UNE’s need for consultancy services. The service shall be performed in Oslo.
The framework agreement will primarily be used to award contracts for individual resources, or teams to cover the different resource needs of different projects.
The total estimated value of the procurement is approx. 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT over a period of four years. It is only an estimate and is non binding. See a more detailed description of the procurement in the Requirement Specification Annex 1 to the contract.
Organisation development, manager and employee development.
Oslo.
UNE needs assistance in the area of business development, manager and employee development. Tenderers shall contribute to professional insight and competence through a process manager role, and facilitate for relevant problems being highlighted and discussed. The aim of this type of process will i.a. be to further develop and optimise organisational conditions.
1 year + 1 year.
Competence development:
UNE needs assistance in the area of competence development. Correct competence is of crucial significance for UNE being able to execute their assignments effectively and in line social assignments and general political goals. It is important for the Contracting Authority that the tenderer has good competence in pedagogic methods for adult education.
Service design
During 2018, UNE shall begin large and comprehensive processes in the business, that will involve large changes in the organisation. UNE wants method assistance for the implementation of service design and visualisation of mapping processes.
