        The participating municipalities would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a Tenderer who can meet the municipalities" need for welfare technology for persons living at home (users) now and in the long term. The tenderer shall be our collaboration partner for further development of the welfare technology and services.

        Through the use of general technological welfare systems, the participating municipalities will:

        — Give users and relatives increased freedom, safety, self-achievement and options for social participation,

        — Mobilise adjustments to the services (lead to service innovation),

        — Together contribute to gains through better quality, efficient use of resources and saved costs (sustainable services).

        The safety package must, as a minimum, include technology that supports freedom, safety and self-achievement within the following areas:

        Active/passive warnings, with options for localisation (outside and inside) and 2-way speech.

        Digital safety alarm — with or without a personal HUB.

        Digital supervision, including options for video supervision.

        Medicine support — the right medicine at the right time.

        Electronic door locks.

        The contract will also include service and maintenance contracts, the development and procurement of new functionality with accompanying components, as well as services connected to training, operation and further development.
