Kirsebærjordet nursery — Preliminary project for renovation, establishment of an extension and upgrade of the outside areas.
The contracting authority shall renovate Kirsebærjordet nursery (cadastral nº/title nº 46/119), which is located in the St. Hanshaugen district, in Blindernveien 3B. The nursery has 4 departments.
The assignment consists of verifying the Contracting Authority´s preferred project alternative, a constructional and technical condition analysis of the building, preparation of a cost overview for upgrading the building and outside areas and submitting a framework application, including dispensation applications to the Agency for Planning and Buildings. The documentation shall be baselined at the users and Omsorgbygg´s professional resources. A simplified preliminary project was carried out in autumn 2017, which shall form the basis for further work on the project.
The contracting authority needs an engineering design group with the roles ARK, LARK, RIB, RIG, RIV, RIE, RIBr and RIA. Other technical consultants can be involved as agreed with the contracting authority, if it is considered appropriate. The work shall be managed by an engineering design group manager.

Tenderers must have the right to be responsible and must be able to be the responsible applicant for all the professions in the project.
The work will be remunerated according to the number of hours worked.
If one or several dispensation applications cannot be granted at PBE, the contracting authority can choose to use the engineering design group for redesigning and possibly a new application in the period September to December 2018.
The Contracting Authority retains the right to transfer the engineering design group to a turnkey contractor who is awarded the contract for implementation of the project.
