Oslo Airport Gardemoen.
Avinor AS, Oslo airport (the contracting authority) shall upgrade the Surface Movement Radar (SMR) sensors for the eastern and western runway. The current SMR system is based on Terma Scanter radar system. The system’s infrastructure with associated radar towers, antenna, engine and power unit as well as an equipment cabin will basically be unaffected, while the radar electronics will be affected. As the current system and the operation concept are continued, new equipment must also be delivered from Terma.
Consequently, the Contracting Authority will carry out this voluntary ex ante transparency notice prior to signing a new contract for supplies and services of this system to ensure that we do not bypass other parties in the market who can deliver this. The total contract value is approx. 6 000 000 — 7 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT.
The contractual terms are that the supplier can deliver goods and spare-parts belonging to Terma’s Scanter 5502 serie, airport ground radar. Tenderers who can consider they will be in a position to offer the requested supplies and services are asked to contact the Avinor case manager; Yvonne Rydningen, on [email protected]
If the contracting authority does not receive inquiries within 10 days from the publication date, a contract will be entered into with the current supplier Terma A/S by medio 2017.
