         The Ministry of Transport has asked Bane NOR and the Norwegian public roads administration to start planning the Ringerik railway and further plan the E16 Skaret — Hønefoss. According to the National transport plan 2018-2029, the construction start for the Ringerik Railway and E16 is in 2021.

         This competition intends to bring about a monitoring programme for ground water, surface water, surveying wells and checking settlement. The information that is obtained is a significant part of the basis for development plans, the planned contracts and it is important documentation for the entire project.
