         A contract has been signed with a tenderer for the entire delivery as stated in the tender documentation point 2.1. The agreement will be in force as soon as it is signed by both parties, and has a duration up until the delivery has taken place at the agreed time and location. Warranty regulations are as stated in the agreement part 2, general contract terms after the delivery has been carried out. Service and maintenance agreement shall be part of the contract, and has a duration that matches the lifetime of the delivery.
