         NVE has started a project to gather trade documentation and develop hand books, guidelines and standards in the area. Extract from the mandate:

         The project shall review, systematise and further development the existing knowledge and experience for planning and implementing protection measures. A new hand book with the accompanying aids shall be developed from this.

         The project is first intended to run for 3 years. Many of NVE´s own employees shall contribute in the project. However, NVE needs a consultant / project manager who can drive the work forwards and be someone who gathers all the threads in the project. The person in question must make a good structure and framework for the work in cooperation with suppliers of digital systems and NVE. We also hope that the candidate in question can contribute with some writing / rewriting / adaptations of the content. The project manager will cooperate with a multi-disciplinary working group consisting of professionals from both NVE and the industry in general. The project manager will report to a management group from NVE´s management. Some travelling will be required.

         The extent of the work is estimated to be approx. 0.5 of a full-time position per annum for 3 years. The person in question shall be based in NVE´s premises in Abels Hus in Trondheim when working on the project.
