         Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for automatic drink vending machines for the municipality´s units.          The Contracting Authority would like tenders for the hire of coffee machines and water coolers and for the procurement of ingredients used in these machines.

         The Contracting Authority currently has a contract with Waterlogic Norge AS. We currently have a hire contract for approx. 111 coffee machines of varying types and approx. 46 water coolers. The ingredients will be ordered as needed. The current supplier shall, in accordance with the contract, disassemble and take away all the machines when the framework agreement expires.

         See Annex 2 Tab 1 Price Form, for a specification of the products. The estimated need given here is based on consumption in 2016. This is only an estimate and the number is not binding for the Contracting Authority, as the need for the type of machine, ingredients and accessories can change.

         Tenderers must be able to offer ingredients that fulfil the standards for fair trade and organic production.

         Service and maintenance of the machines shall be included as part of the contract.

         The machines do not need to be brand new, however second-hand machines shall be in good condition.
