Avinor AS intends to enter into a contract for the service, operation, maintenance and development of baggage systems.
The contract will include:
— preventive maintenance,
— remedial /corrective maintenance,
— stand-by and support,
— spare parts,
— necessary additional services and development in order to ensure efficient operation of the equipment and software.
Avinor AS intends to enter into a contract with Roxel Aanesta AS for continued service, operation, maintenance and development of the baggage systems. The contract will include:

Based on this contract, the equipment shall be maintained so that the running time requirements and authority requirements are met. Based on this, tenderers must provide services and spare parts of good quality, which will ensure that these conditions are met.
The contracting authority is announcing this notice of intent to sign a contract for servicing the baggage systems. This is to ensure that we do not bypass other parties in the market who could deliver this service.
The total contract value for the coming 8 year period is below NOK 10 000 000 per annum excluding VAT.

If the contracting authority does not receive enquiries within 10 days from the publication date, a contract will be signed with Roxel Aanestad AS. The contract will be signed in April 2018.
