         The professional resource centre is a division in Statsbygg and comprises several different professional units who provide professional consultancy services in Statsbygg"s building and administration projects. In periods, the Section Architecture (abbreviated FA) has a considerable work load and therefore requires external capacity. To strengthen the capacity and obtain special expertise we wish to enter into framework agreement in the following areas:
