OUS Framework agreement surgical lamps
The framework agreement shall cover OUS" need for surgical lamps and will include replacing existing surgical lamps. The replacement need is based on a review of the hospital´s theatres. The estimated extent over the framework agreement period will be 20-40 surgical lamps, with and without satellite lamps.
Oslo University Hospital would like to enter into a framework agreement for LED surgical lamps.
The framework agreement shall cover the need for lamps in all of OUS" premises.
Up to 20 % of the need for lamps can, in special needs cases, be procured outside this framework agreement and will be procured in accordance with the procurement regulations.
Tenderers shall offer LED surgical lamps, with an option for all the accompanying additional equipment and consumables, further described in the "Form for responding to the requirements" (Annex 2.4) and equipment set-up in rows 8-16 in Annex. 2.3.
Dismantled lamps shall be removed and disposed of by the tenderer. This must be included in the offer price.
Lamps procured via call-offs on the signed framework agreement could be moved to new theatres and buildings. The price for moving (dismantling/reassembly) the procured lamps must therefore be given as an option in the framework agreement.
The contract also includes signing a framework agreement for the procurement of the equipment specified consumables.
The framework agreement for equipment specified consumables will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time for as long as the lamps are in use. The award of contract for consumables will follow the award of contract for the lamps. In addition, the Contracting Authority would like an option for service contracts, which shall be priced in the tender.
The abidance period for the option for service contracts is until the end of the guarantee period + 3 years.
