         Statbygg"s Property management department Region east invites tenderers to a tender contest for framework agreements on services for cooling plants at properties in Oppland and Hedmark.

         The framework agreements shall include the following services:

         — service and maintenance works for cooling plants,

         — service and maintenance products for cooling plants,

         — F-gas emission leakage control.

         The framework agreements shall as a starting point concern the following properties in Oppland and Hedmark:

         — INN (Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences) Campus Hamar,

         — INN (Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences) Campus Lillehammer,

         — NTNU (the Norwegian University of Science and Technology) Gjøvik.

         The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Statsbygg access to planned and acute facility services that occur in connection with operation and maintenance. The agreement shall also include F-gas emission leakage control in accordance with the EU legislation to control F-gases.
