      4. Description of the procurement:

        An agreement shall be entered into for management and maintenance of green areas at the following property:

        — INN (Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences) Campus Lillehammer.

        The assignment will be paid in accordance with the offered fixed price per season, per property, cf. the tender form. The tenderers must themselves inspect the properties and carry out surveying / assessment of the work scope.

        Any additional works are paid in accordance with agreed upon man-hour rates.

        The duration of the agreement is 1 year from signing of the contract and with the possibility for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for another 3 years. The framework agreement´s maximum length will be 4 years.
