         Framework Agreement for emptying and transporting sludge from separate sewage installations, as well as emptying fat and oil separators in municipal buildings and sites. Separate sewage installations including interceptors for sludge, sealed tanks, mini-treatment plants and outside toilets. For separate sewage installations, the contract also includes registering site types, simple inspection of any errors at the sites when emptying and reporting to the Contracting Authority. Flushing and final emptying of pipelines shall also be priced as an additional service. Stand-by is also included. As an option, prices shall be given for emptying private treatment plants.
