Furniture for Lade school
The contract includes the delivery and assembly of furniture for Lade school, follow-up in the guarantee period, as well as supplementing procurements and access to spare parts and wear parts.
Lade school shall be constructed as a 1st to 7th year school with approx. 100 pupils for each year. The school shall function as a 1st-10th year school until a new secondary school is constructed in the area. The school shall contain a centre for Norwegian language training for speakers of minority languages, dimensioned for 40 pupils, a multi-user hall with accompanying supportive area. The area of the school and hall is 10,740 m2.
The school is constructed as a passive house made of solid wood. The Breem-NOR methodology is used as a tool for environmental management and is also a Varde project.
The agreement will include both traditional school furniture and office furniture for the school. Office chairs to employees shall not be included in the contract.
The offered products shall be available for supplementing procurement for minimum 2 years after the agreed upon delivery date. Supplementing procurements for a value of below NOK 500,000 excluding VAT can be made during the contract period. Spare parts and wear parts for the offered products shall be available for minimum 10 years after the agreed upon delivery date.
The requested products are listed in the tender documentation"s annex 2, as well as annex 5 which also contains pictures of examples of requested products.
The furnishing plans for Lade school are stated in the tender documentation" annexes 6, 7 and 8.
The contracting authority also wishes that the offered products match Lade school"s colour and material collage. See the tender documentation"s annex 9. A total evaluation of the compound of the offered furniture in relation to colour and material collage will also be made under the contract award criteria.
