        The objective and scope of the contract:

        A tender contest for an agreement of the delivery of a nursery and school administrative system for the childhood and youth sector: schools (including before- and after-school care) and nurseries. This means one or several complete systems for the childhood and youth sector in the municipalities and it shall ensure that daily operations function as optimally as possible.

        The system shall safeguard the entire education course from nurseries to sixth form colleges and render paper copies superfluous. The system shall cover the administrative assignments for school and nursery owners and service locations. The system must be compatible and integrated with the systems used in children and youth field, and municipal administration.

        There will be a strong focus on efficient work processes in the municipalities and the new administration system for this sector shall support this. The system shall therefore have a close integration between the administrative systems and not at least the professional systems in the municipalities, in such a way that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated.

        The Contracting Authority reserves the right to decide when the different components of the offered system shall be in operation. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier. The contract is subject to alterations due to the reform of Local Government and budgetary coverage.

        A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
