         The objective of the framework agreement is to simplify the procurement process and reduce the transaction costs for the ministry community. Further ensure quality and good delivery terms in accordance with the users needs and expectations.

         For a more detailed description of the assignment, see annex 1 to the contract, the client"s description of the service.

         The anticipated economic framework per year is estimated to be NOK 5 000 000 excluding VAT. The estimate applies in total for the Office of the Prime Minister (SMK), the ministry community, the Directorate of Public Construction and Property and DSS. This is a no obligation estimate, done according to the contracting authority"s best discretion.
