         The equipment that shall be procured is intended to be used for deep sequencing and genotyping for both research and diagnostics, in a cost-efficient manner. The disciplines will include both microbiology and molecular pathology.

         The instrumentation shall be within the category “benchtop sequencer”, primarily for various analyses of genomes (human, bacterial, viral) which includes transcriptions and 16 metagenomics analyses, Denovo sequencing and amplicon sequencing.
