        Lots and alternative tenders.

        Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the assignment. Alternative tenders can be given for battery-powered machines. The contracting authority shall as a starting point procure new machines. Tenders can also be given for demo-machines or used machines with less than 1,000 hours in operation.

        The contracting authority has considered to split up the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations FOA §19-4, but has found it more suitable to enter into a contract with one supplier.
