Framework agreement for media placement
Enova wants to enter into framework agreement with one media agency to cover Enova"s needs within strategic media planning and media service procurements. The current media market provides new possibilities for to-the-point communication and segmentation. Enova wants to increase the efficiency and optimise media service procurements and create more clarified synergies between own channels and paid channels. In order to achieve this goal, Enova requires strategic media planning services, knowledge of development and efficient use of the media, negotiations and consultancy services thereof. The service provider shall provide these services and at the same time contribute to the development of Enova as a buyer of media services. The service provider must also give advice on how an organisation as Enova shall use relevant media channels. The annual scope of media purchase is estimated to approx. NOK 10 000 000 — 15 000 000, including VAT. This is only an estimate and it is not to be seen as the expected media procurements each year in the contract period.
The contract includes the following services which shall be provided in accordance with the customer"s orders:
— strategic consultancy services related to media investments/procurements,
— peak competence in new digital possibilities as well as efficient use thereof,
— consultancy services and recommendations through media planning,
— negotiations, orders and placement of advertising material,
— follow-up, controls and systematic impact measurements,
— reports, training and optimising.
Total communication is decisive for Enova fulfilling its targets and achieving results, and close co-operation is expected with the advertising agencies, PR agencies, etc. (separate framework agreements) regarding communication services so that assignment is carried out in an efficient and appropriate way.
