      4. Description of the procurement:

        According to the plan, the government properties at Adamstuen are being vacated in the second half of 2020, when the veterinary environments move to NMBU at Ås. The properties are on approx. 67 decares and have approx. 59 000 m2 of existing development, of which approx. 1/3 is formally listed. The properties are located in the centre of Oslo and are expected to represent considerable value for the government. The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation has given Statsbygg the task of starting the work on subsequent use and any sale and/or exchange of the properties.

        So as to highlight the properties" town plan challenges and possibilities in the broadest possible way, the feasibility studies shall be carried out in the form of parallel assignments after an open tender contest in accordance with part III for procurements above the EEA thresholds. The feasibility study shall give a good basis for the government"s decision on how the properties shall be developed and possibly sold.
