The evaluation of the current resource distribution model and a review of alternative resource distribution models for sixth form colleges in Oslo municipality
The Education Department in Oslo municipality, hereafter called the awarding authority, invites companies to an open competition for the procurement of external assistance for the evaluation of the resource distribution model in sixth form colleges, in accordance with the oral resolution K47 from the city council’s 2016 budgetary considerations:
“An evaluation of the resource distribution model for sixth form colleges shall be implemented”.
Alternative resource distribution models for sixth form colleges in Oslo municipality shall also be reviewed.
Public sixth form colleges have since 2005 been granted budgetary means based on the current resource distribution model. The education related financial frame is in 2017 NOK 1 625 000 000 divided between 22 ordinary sixth form colleges.
The Education Department has organised the project work in a liaison group and a reference group.
All communication, including any questions, shall be conducted through the municipality’s tender management tool.

The Vocational College, the Educational-psychological service, and the Activity school.
