VOIS — Framework agreement — ICT equipment
Vestfold Public Procurement Cooperation (VOIS) intends to enter into a parallel framework agreement on ICT equipment. See the tender documentation for detailed information.

Hof municipality, Holmestrand municipality, Horten municipality, Lardal municipality, Larvik municipality, Nøtterøy municipality, Re municipality, Sandefjord municipality, Sande municipality (option), Tjøme municipality, Tønsberg municipality.

1.4 Municipal mergers
Several municipal mergers are planned during the agreement period:
— The municipalities of Lardal and Larvik shall merge from 1.1.2018. The name of the new municipality will be Larvik kommune,
— The municipalities of Nøtterøy and Tjøme shall merge from 1.1.2018. The name of the new municipality will be Færder kommune,
— The municipalities Hof and Holmestrand shall merge from 1.1.2018. Sande municipality shall merge with them from 1.1.2020. The name of the new municipality has not yet been decided,
— Re and Tønsberg municipalities shall merge from 1.1.2020. The name of the new municipality has not yet been decided.
The following applies during the framework agreement:
— The municipalities that merge together cease to exist and will leave the contract without a notice period,
— The new (combined) municipality/municipalities have the option to join the agreement,
— If one municipality is divided, the relevant geographical areas will be included in the framework agreement if the new municipalities participates in this. If a geographic area transfers to a municipality that is outside of the framework agreement, the geographical area will leave the contract from the date it is transferred to the new municipality.
Sande municipality has the option to enter into the agreement.
