         The consultant shall provide engineering and assessment of a new pavement system based on the approved zoning plan (r20140042) for Hans Finnes gate from Persaunvegen to Bakkaunvegen. Based on services provided from the consultant, a decision will be made in the Environmental Package"s measures programme for 2018-2021.

         In relation to the pavement construction works, Kommunalteknikk wishes to establish a separate sewage system in Hans Finnes gate between Persaunvegen and Helmer Hanssens veg. The separate sewage system shall be conveyed to the east side of Helmer Hanssens veg 5 in such a way that municipal pipe systems between the settlements are avoided. The water mains shall be included for the section. A water and sewage system (separate systems) in Lauritz Jenssens gate between Hans Finnes gate and Kaare Tønnes veg.
