         The Directorate of Public Construction and Property invites engineering design groups to apply for participation in a restricted design competition for the new government block, project 1004901, in Oslo.

         The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation (KMD) has given the Directorate of Public Construction and Property the task of planning the future government block in Oslo. The project shall co-house the ministries and create a joint government block. The project"s scope is extensive and it comprises the renovation of existing buildings (approx. 40 000 m2), new buildings (85-90 000 m2), basement and infrastructure (35-40 000 m2) as well as outside areas, park, open spaces and streets.
