         The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall, on behalf of Nord-Trøndelag and Sør-Trøndelag fylkeskommune, build a toll road project ‘Fosenvegene’. This project includes county road 14 between Sumstad and Hellfjord in Roan kommune. The contract comprises construction of approx. 550 metres of new tunnel and 925 metres of new open air road. The work shall begin in Autumn 2017 and be completed by the end of 2018. The new tunnel shall be construction to tunnel classification B with a tunnel cross section of 9.5 metres. The new road shall have a width of seven and a half metres and a speed limit of 80 km/hour (Hø2).
