         The municipality has 70 000 inhabitants. There are approx. 1 380 man-labour years in health and welfare. Estimate the number of persons within each occupational group.

         The system shall take care of the managers" need for having an overview of which personnel have had training and passed the exam where required. The syllabus for the basic course (2.1) should be based on the compendium from pharmacist Angnes Gombos, ‘Medicine knowledge for nurses, care workers and healthcare workers’, published by the trade union, or equivalent textbook.

         As Tromsø municipality has not previously had a framework agreement for an e-learning programme for medicine handling, it has been difficult to estimate the contract sum. We have concluded that the contract sum will probably be 600 000 NOK per annum and the contract sum with the option years is estimated to 2 400 000 NOK.
