The assignments under the framework agreement will normally be carried out in Statsbygg"s region office in Trondheim.          Statsbygg shall enter into a parallel framework agreement for project management. The relevant projects will mainly include maintenance and renovation projects, possibly development projects.

         The projects under this framework agreement can be of all sizes. This may be small projects and projects with a value of up to 10 000 000 - 20 000 000 NOK.

         Statsbygg"s buildings mainly consists of public buildings. This means that several of the properties are listed, they can be open during the assignments, several properties, such as prisons and child protection properties, require special consideration from the executors and several properties can require security clearance or another form of clearance. The assignment can apply for one or several phases of a project, from the sketch project to the construction and claims phase.
