      4. Description of the procurement:

        Trondheim municipality has, in its traffic safety plan for the period 2012-2016, stated a prioritised overview of projects for improving traffic safety on school roads. A stretch along Klæbuveien, from the junction with Øystein Møylas veg, past Anton Grevskotts veg, to Klæubveien 181/182 has the highest priority in this. The environment package shall construct a pavement along this stretch, but parts of the pavement are to be developed through the ranking requirements for the development of Øystein Møylas vegg 14 -18. In addition to constructing a pavement, new water and sewage pipelines shall be laid on the stretch. The project will involve constructing small and large walls along the road route and adaptations to exits and gardens.

        There are already district heating pipes and cable installations in the ground beneath the road. There will have to be some new cable installations. This must also be taken into consideration during the engineering design services and construction. A preliminary project has previously been prepared for the relevant stretch in Klæbuveien.
