         The Hormone laboratory, which is a part of the Department for Medical Biochemistry at Oslo University Hospital Health Trust, requests tenders for HPLC-UV-kits for quantitative analyses of carbohydrate-deficient transferring (%CDT) in sera. The equipment shall be used for monitoring %CDT in patients and the kitt must, therefore, be able to be used for analyses with very good operational stability, selectivity, sensitivity, precision and linearity. The contracting authority also requests additional components necessary for the use of the kit. The estimated sample volume for %CDT is approx. 10 000 patient samples per annum.
