         The contract E-3 Fv. 17 Strømnes — Sprova includes the construction of a 5.4 km county road 17 and accompanying local roads between Strømnes and Sprova. All professional areas, such as electro technical systems, drainage, asphalting, road marking and assembly of rails, signs and pylons, etc., are included in the contract. 2 tunnels shall be constructed on the section; the Strømsnes tunnel and the Holvik tunnel, as well as 2 bridges; the Holmvik Bridge and the Eld Bridge. 2 traffic lights shall also be assembled on the section; 1 at Strømsnes and 1 at Sprova. An exit road at Elda shall also be established, a road for constructional works over tunnel portal at Strømsnes, a road for constructional purposes at the Holmvik tunnel, operational exit roads and log piling sites.
