      4. Description of the procurement:

        The Directorate of Public Construction and Property would like to enter into a contract for additional procurements of standard software for Citrix licences, further specified in SSA-K annex 7 and maintenance/support for Citrix licences, further specified in SSA-V annex 7. The contract will be valid for 2+1+1 years from when it is signed.

        Part A — Citrix licences:

        The Directorate of Public Construction and Property currently has a Citrix platform that is regularly developed. The users we have are localised nationwide and they are currently connected to this system. We use Citrix XenApp 7.12, which runs on XenServer 6.5. Citrix Unified Gateway (Netscaler) is also used for logging in externally. Netscaler is also used for load balancing and HA on services. The users currently use a published desktop, which is suitable for 3D applications on the Citrix platform. A transition is planned to Windows 10 during 2017, then published applications will be possible for a more seamless user experience. We currently have 830 named licences on Citrix XenDesktop Platinum, there is a need for a further 300 additional licences.

        Maintenance of the licences for named users shall be included for the first year for additional licence procurements. Furthermore, the maintenance shall be renewed annually after this at an agreed price. The maintenance for all products shall have the same expiry date.

      12. Description of the procurement:

        The Directorate of Public Construction and Property would like to enter into a contract for additional procurements of standard software for Trend licences, further specified in SSA-K annex 7 and maintenance/support for Trend licences, further specified in SSA-V annex 7. The contract will be valid for 2+1+1 years from when it is signed.

        Part B — Trend licences:

        The Directorate of Public Construction and Property currently uses Trend OfficeScan XG with Smart Protection Server for servers and clients (1001 licences). In addition Trend IMSVA is used as a mail gateway (1001 licences).

        In addition we use Trend Deep Security for protecting the VM on VMware. We use two modules here, Deep Security Antimalware and web reputation and Deep Security Firewall and intrusion Prevention.

        Maintenance of the licences shall be included in the first year of the additional licence procurements. Furthermore, the maintenance shall be renewed annually after this at an agreed price. The maintenance for all products shall have the same expiry date.
