         The contract includes a complete medical gas and pneumatic system for all buildings (except building 143), a complete propane gas system for buildings 151 and 155, chemical management for buildings 142, 152, 153, and 154, as well as a complete Reverse Osmosis system for the entire group of buildings (except building 143). The contract also includes installation of these systems to equipment included in other contracts (e.g. surgical columns, media channels, gas burners, autoclaves and fish tanks equipment). Combined, the buildings have a footprint of approx. 27 700 m2.

         The tenderer shall give Statsbygg an option for a fixed price supplement for cost development.
