        The contracting authority shall enter into an agreement for the procurement of one 17 seats minibus, one 1-9 seats re-classifiable minibus, and one 6 seats panel van. All vehicles are included a service agreement.

        The minibuses will mainly be used for transport of disabled adults who are to be collected from their sheltered accommodation or institutions and transported to activities suitable for the user group. including coaches.

        The minibus with 9 seats shall be for transport of hearing disabled/blind people. The Buyer is an institution and can therefore have the minibuses reclassified as passenger vehicles and as a result of this can have the non-recurring tax refunded cf. the Regulations about changing of motor vehicle tax-related status of May 1990. The minibus must comply with the requirements in the above stated regulations.

        The panel van shall mainly be used for transporting goods (wood), and shall also have the ability to transport up to 6 persons on short and longer trips.
