         The tender contest involves:

         — Project management for the preliminary stage (draft, preliminary project, planning process), with option for project management during the implementation stage (detailed engineering design, construction).

         — Consultancy services for planning.

         The project management is responsible for the continuous daily management of the preliminary project stage on behalf of the contracting authority, and shall represent the contracting authority and safeguard the contracting authority"s interests, as well as act on behalf of the contracting authority on behalf of other parties who are participating or affected by the project. The project management shall ensure sufficient and reliable staffing from the provider, for all stages in the project.

         The project management is responsible for achieving given project goals for costs, quality and progress.

         Consultancy services for planning include i.a. the following tasks:

         — Review and possibly updating of the main function plan and main plan for equipment.

         — The preparation of a partial function plan.

         — The preparation of a room plan.

         — The preparation of a gross and net equipment plan.
