        The aim of the service and the introduction programme is to prepare for and clarify further options for education and/or ordinary working life.

        The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement with a service provider.

        The service is to be given in the form of half day placements with practical language training in Norwegian.

        There will be 5-25 half day placements per day that the service is provided. The service provider shall offer practice with language training for the number of participants that KVOS/NAV has a need to provide this service to, but maximum 25 half day placements per day that the service is provided. The average will most likely be 15 half day placements per day that the service is provided.

        The framework agreement period will be 1 year, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
