K-186057 Service and maintenance of fire alarm system.
Ainor AS, dep. Oslo Airport intends to enter into contract with Honeywell Life and Safety AS on the continued service agreement for the fire alarm system at Oslo Airport. Honeywell is the total service provider for the system and is responsible for programming and servicing of the entire system.
The Contracting Authority will implement this notice of intent for signing a new contract for servicing of the system. This is to ensure that we do not bypass other parties in the market who could deliver this service.
The combined contract value for the coming 8 year period is estimated to be approximately 8 000 000 NOK to 10 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

If the Contracting Authority does not receive enquiries within 10 days from the publication date, a contract will be signed with Honeywell Life and Safety AS.
The contract will be signed in March 2017.
Pre-requisites for the service and maintenance agreement:
1. The tenderer must supply parts for the system.
2. The tenderer must have competence and experience with programming and servicing of large, complex fire alarm systems.
3. The tenderer must be certified to perform servicing on the Delta Honeywell/Eltek fire alarm systems.
4. The tenderer must be certified on any newer switchboards where these are relevant to our system.
5. The tenderer must have knowledge about communications in terms of E-bus over fibre rings and e-bus to fibre modems, and special set up in Delta switchboards in order to get the system to communicate in this manner.
6. The tenderer must have experience and user support regarding the presentation systems FireWin and FlexES gaur.
7. The tenderer must have a close collaboration with Honeywell/Eltek"s development department and support department. Documentation must be presented.
8. 24 hour telephone support is required 365 days a year, with a maximum response time of 2 hours.
