         The contract comprises the tenderer"s entire assortment for the products specified in the tender contest and should be able to be purchased with the same price mechanism. The Contracting Authority currently uses products from the following suppliers: Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix, Autodesk, Trend and Oracle, etc.

         The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement with (1) one provider.

         The annual contract value is estimated to 2 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding.

         Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

         The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
