        The Norwegian Institute of Public Health has held an open tender competition for the procurement of vaccines against the rota virus for the base vaccination of infants in the Norwegian child vaccination programme, starting in Q2 2019. The competition was held as an open tender competition, a one-step process where all interested tenderers can submit a tender. Negotiations were not allowed. The objective of the procurement was to enter into a contract for the delivery of the rota virus vaccines for base vaccination of infants in the Norwegian Child Vaccination Programme. The start of vaccination under the new agreement is anticipated to occur in Q2/Q3 2019.

        The procurement was first announced on 1.6.2018 and then cancelled on 7.6.2018. The Doffin reference numbers to the cancelled competition are 2018-088615 and 2018-347723 respectively. The reasons for the cancellation are in the Doffin notice.
