        The Ministry of Health and Care Services has given the four regional health trusts the task of carrying out a joint research based follow-up evaluation of changes to the “Back Quicker” scheme, from project to operation nationwide. The aim of this competition is to enter into a contract for services that cover this assignment.

        The follow-up evaluation must evaluate the changes from project to operation, with an emphasis on the following main points:

        — the measures" consequences for patients with,

        — muscle and skeleton disorders,

        — mental disorders,

        — the measures´ effect on sick leave,

        — the content of the patient offers over time and advice on any course adjustments,

        — the effect of changes in the organisation and interaction internally in the specialist health services and as regards NAV, GPs, etc,

        — the effect of work-orientated measures that are integrated with treatment in the specialist health service.
